* Developed three-month on-line information campaign to: 1) increase donations, 2) expand outreach and 3) grow engagement;

* Furnished Impact Monterey County release strategy, including social media calendar, web-site content, and unveiling presentation;

* Coordinated website redesign with eight-step execution plan that simplified engineering and marketing team communications.

* Developed awareness campaigns for VITA free tax preparation, 2-1-1 call center, Community Service Awards and other events, leveraging four digital media platforms

* Updated website to reflect accurate information and messaging 

*Maintained blog, crafted op-eds to demonstrate United Way Monterey County's community value

Servced as intern in the Department of State, Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs, Office of the International Visitor Leadership Program.

 

* Assisted in the development, planning, and execution of 15, ten-day professional exchanges projects, engaging over 35 countries;

* Developed tool for Deputy Assistant Secretary to present Bureau's methods of Combating Violent Extremism through educational and cultural programming;

* Developed initial project budgets, reconciled final project budgets;

* Established project assessments;

* Liaised between US embassies, consulates and NPOs to ensure clear and transparent communication;

* Escorted high-level dignitaries to briefings, meetings and workshops;

* Drafted memos and cables for funding;
